Deconstructed Couples Counseling

Navigating relationships can be tough—whether it's casual dating, a committed monogamous bond, or a same-sex partnership. At Rebuilding Together Counseling, we understand the complexities and challenges that come with relationships, and we're here to offer our support.

Our approach is unique and effective. We believe that successful couples counseling often involves individual therapy for each partner, in addition to joint sessions. That's why we have a collaborative team comprising therapists Amy and Kara.

Amy specializes in working with women, while Kara works with both men and women. This allows us to provide tailored support to each partner, addressing their unique needs and perspectives.

Here's how it works: Amy and Kara work with each partner individually, delving into their personal concerns and goals. Then, we come together as a team to discuss and collaborate on the best way forward. We can bring in the other partner as needed, ensuring that everyone's voice is heard and respected.

This approach fosters deeper understanding, communication, and growth within the relationship. We've found that when both partners are engaged in their own therapy alongside couples counseling, the outcomes are often more meaningful and long-lasting.

So whether you're struggling with communication, trust, intimacy, or any other relationship issue, know that you don't have to navigate it alone. We're here to support you every step of the way, helping you build stronger, healthier connections.
