Individual Counseling
Life can get difficult and might feel impossible. Maybe you feel anxious, stuck in old patterns, or like you’re carrying too much on your own. Individual counseling gives you a space to slow down, be honest about what’s going on, and find new ways forward. You don’t have to figure it out by yourself — we’re here to walk alongside you.
Who We Work With
At Rebuilding Together Counseling, we work with people across different ages, identities, and experiences.
Women who want a place to process life transitions, past or recent trauma, relationships, or the pressure to hold everything together.
Men who are looking for space to sort through stress, emotions, and challenges without judgment — whether related to work, family, or identity.
Teens navigating the ups and downs of growing up, managing anxiety or depression, and finding their voice in a world that often feels overwhelming.
LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking affirmation, support, and a safe space to be their authentic selves.
Neurodivergent individuals navigating life with unique perspectives, seeking understanding and strategies to thrive.
No matter who you are or where you come from, your story matters here.
Our Approach
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. We’ll meet you where you are and shape the work around your needs. Our therapists often use:
EMDR to help you reprocess painful memories so they don’t hold as much power.
IFS to help you understand and care for the different “parts” of yourself with compassion.
Attachment- and body-based approaches to help you feel safer, more grounded, and more connected to others.
This is practical, trauma-informed work with real people — not textbook therapy.
What You Can Expect
In counseling, you’ll find:
A safe place to lay down what feels heavy.
Tools for handling anxiety, stress, or depression in daily life.
Support in healing old wounds and building self-compassion.
Space to explore identity, relationships, and what you really want for your future.
Our sessions aren’t about “fixing” you — they’re about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that already know how to heal.
