Extended IFS-EMDR Sessions

Sometimes 50-minute sessions just aren’t enough. IFS and EMDR can be especially powerful in extended sessions, giving you more time to process trauma without feeling rushed. We offer 90–120 minute IFS-EMDR intensives online for clients who want deeper, more focused healing.
