Come Work With Us!

We can’t wait to meet you!

A Place to Grow, Not Just Work

This practice wasn’t built to make me rich. It was built to create a space where therapists could feel supported, grounded, and connected—to their work, to each other, and to themselves.

I know how isolating and overwhelming this field can feel at times. I also know how healing it is to have someone in your corner—someone who sees your strengths, checks in, and helps you find your footing when the work gets heavy. That’s what I try to offer here.

At Rebuilding Together Counseling, we’re looking for fully licensed therapists who want more than just a job. Maybe you're craving real connection in your professional life. Maybe you want to be part of something that values presence over productivity. Maybe you're just looking for a place where you can show up as a whole person, not just a provider.

We work with clients navigating complex trauma, relationship issues, identity work, and life transitions. Our practice is grounded in compassion, trauma-informed care, and a deep respect for the pace and complexity of healing. You’ll have a lot of independence here, but you won’t be alone.

The practical stuff:
We offer a 75/25 split to start, with opportunities to increase to 80/20 and 85/15 with each year you stay. Depending on caseload, there is a yearly stipend of $250-$500. I also provide mentorship and check-ins—because I believe in giving therapists the same kind of care we ask them to give others.

If any of this speaks to you, reach out. I’d love to connect.

I couldn’t help it. I HAD to use these utterly EPIC photos somewhere on the website! p.s. there are other photos from this shoot on the website, see if you can find them!!
