Every therapist who joins this practice is someone I’ve taken the time to get to know; not just as a clinician, but as a person. I don’t bring people on lightly. This work is too important for that.

Our team brings together licensed therapists and counselor candidates with deep specializations across trauma, anxiety, couples and family therapy, neurodivergence, perinatal mental health, somatic healing, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. We use evidence-based and body-centered approaches including EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and somatic therapy. With in-person offices in Lakewood, Golden, Boulder, and the Denver metro area, and telehealth available across Colorado, there is likely a therapist here who is the right fit for you.
