I know betrayal. I know addiction. I know what it’s like to have the rug ripped out from under you and be left standing in the wreckage, trying to hold it all together while raising three kids alone.
My divorce wasn’t just the end of a relationship — it was a trauma that cracked open every part of my life. I was terrified. I was exhausted. And I was completely responsible for everything. I carried the mental load, the emotional weight, and the day-to-day survival — all while trying to figure out how to keep us afloat financially. I kept showing up when I was breaking too.
So I got gritty. I put myself through a master’s program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling while working full-time in a job that drained me. I raised three teenagers whose lives had been turned upside down. And when things got even harder — when one of my kids was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and another developed an eating disorder — I didn’t crumble. I kept going.
I know what uncertainty feels like. I know what hopelessness feels like. I know what rage, grief, and deep, soul-level exhaustion feel like. I also know that healing is possible. And I know what it takes to get there.
Learning about PTSD, Betrayal Trauma, and EMDR gave me a language for my own pain — and the tools to start putting myself back together. It gave me the foundation to do this work, not just as a therapist, but as someone who’s lived it.
I’m wiser now. A little tougher. A lot softer. I’ve let go of the pressure to be who I thought I should be, and started fully owning who I am.
Now, I help others do the same.
I work with women, men, and couples who are ready to face the hard stuff — betrayal, disconnection, trauma, grief — and start rebuilding something stronger and more authentic. My approach is honest, direct, deeply compassionate, and rooted in the belief that you already have everything you need inside of you. My job is to help you access it.
This work is about more than survival. It’s about helping you rise up, reinvent, evolve, and step into the version of yourself you were always meant to be.
We will make it happen. I’m living proof that it can be done.
Beyond the Therapy Room:
I’m a mom of three teenagers who have taught me more about resilience, heartache, and love than I could’ve ever imagined. We’ve faced some serious challenges as a family — chronic illness, mental health struggles, grief, big transitions — and we’re still standing. Still growing. Still figuring it out together.
Outside of work, I crave peace, connection, and meaning. I protect my energy. I laugh hard and love deep. And I’m endlessly passionate about helping people find their way back to themselves after life knocks them off course.
This isn’t just my career. It’s my calling.
Let’s do the work — together.
