I know betrayal. I know addiction. I know what it’s like to have the rug ripped out from under you — to be left standing in the wreckage, holding it all together while raising three kids alone.

My divorce wasn’t just the end of a relationship — it was a trauma that cracked open every part of my life. I was terrified. I was exhausted. I was left to carry the mental load, the emotional weight, and the day-to-day survival for myself and my children — all while trying to stay afloat financially. I kept showing up, even when I was breaking too.

So I got gritty.

I put myself through a Master’s program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling while working full-time in a job that drained me. I raised three teenagers whose lives had been turned upside down. And when things got even harder — when one of my kids was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and another developed an eating disorder — I didn’t crumble. I kept going.

I know what uncertainty feels like. I know the weight of grief, rage, and soul-level exhaustion. I also know healing is possible — and what it takes to get there.

Learning about PTSD, Betrayal Trauma, and EMDR gave me the language for my pain. It gave me tools to start putting myself back together. It laid the foundation for me to do this work — not just as a therapist, but as someone who has lived through it.

I’m wiser now. A little tougher. A lot softer. I’ve let go of who I thought I should be, and started fully owning who I am. Now, I help others do the same.

Who I Work With

I work with women, men, and couples who are ready to face the hard stuff — betrayal, disconnection, trauma, grief — and begin rebuilding something stronger and more authentic.

My approach is honest, direct, and deeply compassionate. I believe you already have everything you need inside of you. My job is to help you access it.

This work is about more than survival. It’s about rising, reinventing, evolving — stepping into the version of yourself you were always meant to be. I’m living proof that it can be done.

What I Bring

I’m a therapist and a mother. I’ve walked through deep pain and emerged with clarity, resilience, and purpose.

I bring not just clinical training, but lived experience — the kind that shapes empathy and grounds me in the reality of how hard life can be.

I’ve been trained in EMDR and specialize in trauma-informed care, including Betrayal Trauma recovery and PTSD support. I also draw from modalities like Gottman Method couples therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support your healing in a way that fits you.

Therapy with me is collaborative. Grounded. Real. You won’t be alone in this.

Beyond the Therapy Room

I’m a mom to three teenagers who’ve taught me more about love, resilience, and humility than I ever imagined. We’ve faced chronic illness, mental health challenges, grief, and transition — and we’re still standing. Still growing. Still figuring it out together.

Outside of work, I seek peace, connection, and meaning. I protect my energy. I laugh hard and love deep. And I’m endlessly passionate about helping people find their way back to themselves after life knocks them off course.

This is more than just a career, this is a commitment to empathy, community, and empowerment through the collective human experience.

Let’s do the work — together.
