Reiki Therapy with Camryn
Reiki, or Universal Life Energy, is a gentle Japanese healing practice that restores balance to the body, mind, and spirit. Through light, hands-on (or hands-off) touch, Reiki supports your body’s natural healing processes, helps release what’s stuck or heavy, and brings your system back into its natural rhythm. When energy is blocked, it can show up as anxiety, irritability, fogginess, physical tension, or a feeling of being disconnected from yourself.
Reiki meets these places with warmth and grounding, helping your nervous system settle and making space for clarity, calm, and emotional regulation. As a therapist and Reiki practitioner, Camryn Joseph holds a holistic view of healing; we are not only our thoughts, we are body, breath, memory, spirit, and energy. Reiki sessions may include somatic awareness, nervous system support, and trauma-informed counseling, allowing us to work on two levels at once: what you are saying and what your body is holding beneath the words.
