Trauma-informed telehealth for individuals, couples, clinicians, the neurodivergent community, and the LGBTQ+ community across Colorado. Specializing in IFS-informed EMDR and trauma recovery.

If any of this sounds familiar…

  • You’re tired. Not just from life, but from trying to hold everything together.

  • You second-guess yourself constantly, even when you know what you want.

  • You’ve done a lot of surviving—but not much feeling safe or connected.

  • You’re masking, managing, shrinking, or translating yourself for others.

  • You want your relationships to feel more honest, more solid, more like home.

  • You’ve hit a point where “just coping” isn’t enough anymore.

You’re not broken. You’re not too much. And you don’t have to figure this out alone.

At Rebuilding Together Counseling, we support individuals and couples who are untangling old survival strategies and trying to build something more true—more grounded, more connected. A life that actually fits.

We work with folks navigating complex trauma, identity questions, neurodivergence, people-pleasing, burnout, and relational wounds. Many of our clients are therapists, caregivers, LGBTQIA+, immigrants, or late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults who’ve spent years shape-shifting to be accepted.

Our approach is collaborative and curious. We draw from EMDR, body-based work, and parts work— we pay attention to what your body and story are already trying to say. Therapy with us isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you feel more like yourself again.

We also work with couples who want to understand each other more deeply—not just to stop fighting, but to build something that feels honest and safe. We’ll look at the patterns you’re stuck in, where they came from, and how to start showing up differently with each other.

We’re based in Colorado, and we offer online therapy for adults and couples who are ready to do the deeper work of healing.

Wherever you are in the process, we’ll meet you there.
